The agency pilot

For business use by one agency. The subscription is US$49 per month, tax included, recurring until cancelled. There is no free trial and no setup fee. It provides one saved agency matching profile, a matching list and at most one digest email each day when new or updated matching public notices are available. There may be no matching notices on a given day. Account sharing, resale, bespoke research and bid services are outside the offer.

The partial feed uses openly licensed public procurement notices (currently Find a Tender and Contracts Finder; other official UK portals may be added and will be listed on the site). Initial backfill, source delays, rate limits and outages affect coverage and delivery. Digests pause when source checks are stale or initial backfill is incomplete. No promise is made to find every opportunity, to deliver an alert before a deadline, or about your chances of winning. Any fit indicator is a transparent keyword-based aid, not an eligibility or win-probability assessment. Always check the original notice, changes, attachments, procurement requirements and eligibility yourself. Published estimates can include multi-year hosting, licences, support and tax, and are not necessarily the build budget.

Price and payment

Lemon Squeezy processes recurring monthly payments as merchant of record. Checkout shows the amount, currency, tax treatment and renewal terms before you authorise payment. Any currency conversion by your payment provider is outside our control. Your account sign-in or pilot-interest request is free and creates no subscription. Only a successful verified subscription event grants paid access; a return to our site alone is not proof of payment.

Access and cancellation

Use the same email for your account and purchase. Sign-in links require access to that inbox. You can cancel future renewal at any time through Manage billing; the portal sends its own secure sign-in link. A cancelled subscription retains access through the end of its paid period. Past-due, unpaid, paused or expired subscriptions do not receive paid alerts while inactive. An accepted full refund removes access for the refunded billing period. A later successfully paid period can restore access if the subscription is still active. A refund alone does not cancel future renewal; use Manage billing to cancel.

Turning off emails, replying “stop”, deleting a local bookmark or not using the service does not cancel billing. Use Manage billing to cancel. Check the cancellation confirmation and effective date. If you cannot reach the portal, contact support with your order reference; do not send card or bank details.

Refund requests are assessed by reason

Contact support with the purchase email, order reference, date and a clear description of the problem. We verify the order and examine evidence. Eligible reasons for consideration include a duplicate charge, a charge after an effective cancellation, material non-delivery that remains unresolved after a reasonable attempt to restore service, or a material difference from the purchased description.

This is not a satisfaction or contract-win guarantee. A lack of relevant tenders, an unsuccessful bid, lower sales, an agency's ineligibility, change of mind or expectations outside the stated scope do not by themselves establish a refund entitlement, subject to mandatory rights. No refund is promised before verification and an applicable decision. Refunds, if approved, return through the merchant to the original payment method and cannot exceed the amount paid. No transfer to a replacement recipient is offered.

Nothing here removes mandatory rights or limits Lemon Squeezy's own applicable terms, refund decisions or dispute process. See its refund and chargeback information. Routine cancellation and a refund request are separate actions.

Support and operation

Communication is by email and self-service account tools. Automated assistance is disclosed; standard questions receive programmed replies. Unrecognised issues and disputed billing require review, with no promise of instant resolution. There are no calls, bid writing, tender submissions, eligibility certificates or guarantees of winning contracts.

Information and changes

Do not submit private tender documents, procurement passwords, payment details or government IDs to our forms or email. We process account preferences and email through Cloudflare and AgentMail and billing through Lemon Squeezy. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. There is no advertising tracking on this site. Read our privacy information. Material changes to the paid offer or renewal price will be communicated before they apply; a changed price is not silently imposed through this page.
